  Our charity event will be featuring MMA and BJJ stars coming together for breast cancer. They will definitely be at the event from 11:00am to
   3:00pm. Some of them will have merchandise and they will be giving some of the profits to breastcancer.org. We will also have a fun guest
   but it will be a surprise and you will have to wait till the day of the event.

Our last event will be a special tournament! It will be a charity event with the proceeds going to breast cancer.org. As a lot of you know, I was diagnosed with breast cancer last Christmas eve. Being a survivor means also surviving the recovery, with it's ups and downs between the physical and emotional roller coast rides. You can't help but feel alone during this process because most do not understand what we are going through. BreastCancer.org supported me in more ways than one. With providing valuable up to date knowledge and support groups where I have met wonderful ladies. BreastCancer.org was my light during a dark time of my life.


Make A Difference!
We believe that we can make a huge difference in so many ways.

RMBJJF will also have a special one of a kind competitor t-shirt. It will have the tournament details as usual but it will also have all of us making a difference for breast cancer. Some of the sales will be going to breastcancer.org and shirts are limited. You can email us before Sept. 15th to place a shirt on hold for you. jz@rmbjjf.com

Qualifying
To make final absolute division, YOU MUST first compete in the semi finals absolutes and place 1st or 2nd in that division.  The semi finals are broken into 2 weight classes, Abs 1 or Abs 2 in a skill division.

For example: 
Adult white belt abs 1 Up to 185.9lbs
Adult white belt abs 2 186.0lbs and up

Semi finals absolutes will start after that skill division is finished. You can sign up before the day of the tournament and also the day of the tournament. There will be a sign in sheet on the wall with the brackets and time line to sign up or cross your name off. Be sure to listen for announcements.

Kids and Teens
We know that these divisions usually don't have a prize associated with the matches due to the amount of competitors. However, we do want to take care of everyone so we willt hink of something for the kids and teens. Be sure to check back for updates are stay current by adding us as your friends in Facebook.
