We only allow 1 free parent for the children's division, 12 years old and under. Be sure to include that parent name when filling out your registration. You may contact us if you want to change the free name.

The free parent should stand in the same line for checking in your child. All others can stand in the spectator line. We will form different lines in the morning during the heavy traffic time so we can get the competitors check in quickly.

Kids Division
There may be a size difference due to kids different growth and weight. If you child is over weight, there is a good chance that they will be competing against taller kids.

All kids must make weight. It is your responsibility to have them weighed in on a proper scale with the clothes that they will be competing in. If they do not make weight, they will be disqualified without a refund.

Weighing in is with the clothing they will be competing in, such as their gi or fight shorts, etc.

There is a small 2 lbs leeway for making weight. We understand that it is hard to monitor a childs weight. Please contact us if your child has exceeded over 2 lbs or under for their weight division before the tournament date. We will change their brackets for them so they will not be disqualified..

Please know the rules. We have videos on our site so you and your child can watch the rules together.

Important! Sometimes children may not tap out when they should. If a ref sees that they should tap, then the ref will tap for them. This is stated in our rules and is for the safety of your child.
