We would like to thank all the participants, we all had a blast, made new friends and looking forward to next year Vegas Package! We only hope that the dates will work so we can make this happen again.

Note: Some of our Vegas winners sold their Vegas trip, this is the group that ended up going. Excellent group of competitors and a shout out for a job well done!
Richie Shawver ( McMahon BJJ ) - placed first in all his divisions gi and no gi
Guy-Patrice Tchoumba ( Easton Brazilian Jiu Jitsu ) - placed 3rd in no gi and placed 1st in gi
James Strater-Smith ( Easton Brazilian Jiu Jitsu ) - placed 3rd in no gi and placed 1st in gi
Matt Jubera ( Easton Brazilian Jiu Jitsu ) - placed 1st in gi
Bethany Karulak ( Colorado Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu ) - Placed 1st in No Gi
Laura Cook ( Team Mica) - was our other winner, we did not find her but hoped she did well. Laura lives in Vegas and she will be back out to Colorado for another one of our events!

Bridget Deperrot ( Relson Gracie) - placed 2nd in both gi and no gi (Did not win or buy the package but joined our group. Awesome addtion! Thanks for being a part of us. )
Travis Whalen ( Institute Of Martial Arts) placed 2nd in no gi ( good seeing you there!)

We had such a great time that we will try this again next year. If you are intending on competitng in the Grapplers Quest next year in Vegas, come join our group for support and a great time!

Coming in Friday we got acquainted by the pool side, planning for the next big day. A group of us took off for some fun Vegas action that night, others weighed in and went to bed early.
One of the things we enjoyed wathcing was that even though the competitors coaches were not there, our group stuck together and coached each other and gave each other excellent support. After the tournament and with making new friends, we hit the town in groups and tore it up!
