Grappling X
The Grappling Experience, also known as Grappling-X, has dominated the California grappling world for the past 12 months. Since its inception in 2008 Grappling-X has promoted dozens of jiujitsu, no-gi and pankration tournaments throughout the lower south west. Now Grappling-X is making its move to the Rocky Mountain State in 2010! Co-owner Shawn Fowler is a native of Colorado, and has had his sights set on bringing his brand of submission fighting to his home state for some time. Fowler states “I grew up in Denver and I still have friends and family here. I’ve been involved in submission grappling and MMA for about nine years now and I know Colorado has some excellent competitors . I can’t wait for GX to touch down in my home state”.
Grappling-X tournaments average between three and five hundred competitors per event. Also the Grappling-X team takes pride in making sure that every event and every bracket starts on time. The move into Colorado marks one of the first interstate expansions for Grappling-X. Look for the GX logo in many states in the near future.

2009 Women Promo
We are currently working on our women division. We have found out that there are a lot of women who do not compete for various reasons. Because of that, we will be taking sponsorship on the women division to help promote the sport for them. That sponorship will go directly to the 1st place prizes for the women.
