Our Sponsorship Program

RMBJJF is the only organization in the state promoting Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Tournaments with quarterly events. These events are increasing our recognition for the sport and attracting an increasing number of competitors and spectators both locally and nationwide.

Because of this success, we believe there are benefits for both of us if you choose to become a sponsor for our next BJJ sporting event. Your sponsorship can include placing your logo on our event t-shirts, flyers, website under sponsors, your flyer that you provide us with on our Media table and placed inside our RMBJJF competitors bag, hanging a banner for the duration of the event and a booth to promote your company.


Sponsor packages are:

1. Brand Identity Package- Banner that you provide us with to hang for the duration of the event. Your flyer that you provide us with on our Media table and in our RMBJJF competitors bag.

2. Media Package – Includes logo on our event flyers and on our website under sponsors with link to your website for 1 year, logo on our event t-shirt and a banner that you provide us with to hang for the duration of the event, flyers that you provide us with on our Media table and in our RMBJJF competitors bag. Plus your logo and information about your company on our RMBJJF newsletters. Our newsletters goes out to past competitors along with academies throughout the United States.

3. Event Package – Banner at the event, special area at the event to set up a booth to sell product or promote your company. A great opportunity to talk to potential customers and expose your product and services.

4. Value Package – Media Package plus Event Package.

We have 1 BJJ events and1 grappling events a year plus 1 other event which may be BJJ or Grappling event, bringing different competitors and spectators throughout the year.

Save 15% on two events with our Silver Discount Packages

Save 15% when paying for two events upfront. We have 2 BJJ events and 2 grappling events a year, bringing different competitors and spectators throughout the year. The great thing about the Silver packages is that you can choose 1 BJJ and 1 Grappling event or just choose the same type of event to promote your business!

Logo Information
Part of the Brand Identity Package, Media Package, and Value Package. We may need to scale your logo and t-shirts do not have gradients so the logos need to be a line art. Prefer Illustrator files as it will be a cleaner logo on the t-shirts. Please the original logo file, eps*, jpg, gif.

Logo Deadline
Approximately 1 month before tournament

Brand Identity Package
Want brand recognition at a lower cost, than Brand Identity Package is for you. You provide us with a banner that we will hang for the duration of the event in the main event room, afterwards we will mail your banner back to you. We also wanted to increase your marketing by providing a media table where people can walk by and pick up informational flyers about you that you have provided us with. We also have RMBJJF competitors bag that we place a tournament t-shirt in along with the sponsors samples and flyers.

Media Package
A step up from the Brand Identity package which focus on better coverage with your brand identity. Your logo will be placed on our event t-shirts, also on our event flyers/posters that are mailed out to BJJ Training Academies, etc. Your logo will also be placed on our website with links to your site for up to 1 year plus more information about your company on our sponsor page. You also get the Brand Identity Package with a banner at the event and your informational flyer on our media table. We also have RMBJJF competitors bag that we place a tournament t-shirt in along with the sponsors samples and flyers.

Event Package
Perfect for those of you who would like contact with potential customers to display your services and products. The booths are in a special area that is located by the entrance to the event to attract noticeable attention to you as people walk by to the main event area. Booth size will be up to 5'x10'. Also includes banner at the event that you provide us with. Location of banner will be at your booth or any available placement on the walls in the main event room (at this time the booths are in the main event room, check before each event).

Value Package
A great way to get all of the above at a discounted rate.

Want a bigger savings
Special Discount- 30% off when you pay upfront for certain packages for a year of events. We have 2 BJJ events and 2 grappling events a year bringing different competitors and spectators throughout the year.


Deadlines
Each package will have different deadlines of when we will stop accepting registration. Sponsorship will be confirmed when we have received your registration, please check back with us on availability.

Brand Identity Package - All registrations, banner, flyers, and money need to be in no later than 3 working days before event.

Media Package - All registrations, money, logo, need to be in 1 month before event. Banners and flyers will need to be in by 3 days working days before event. All logos need to be emailed to us 1 month before event as a line art (no gradients) and high resolution so we can scale your logo if needed. Any questions, please

Value Package - All registrations, money, logo, need to be in 4 weeks before event. Banners and flyers can be in 3 days working days before event.

Banner information
Banner size should be whatever size that you think will best display your business but can be no larger than 5'x10'. We have had banners that are from 4'x3' to 5'x10' at our event. This is an indoor event so the banner can be cloth or even paper. Can't promise that the paper banner will be in original condition due to how we may have to hang the banners. We get our banners from http://nortonsigns.com/ because they have an excellent price plus good quality vinyl banners.

Media table information
We will have a media table that will be located by the front entrance. Your promotional flyers can be as large as 8.5"x11" and will be displayed on our media table so people can see your flyers and pickup when entering our event. We also have RMBJJF competitors bag that we place their tournament t-shirt in along with the sponsors samples and flyers.

Event booth information
All the booths are located by the front entrance so people will see you as they come in. Booth size can be up to 5'x10', please take only what you need as we will put spectators seats in available space. If you need electricity to your booth, please contact us about availability. May pass out flyers to people walking by, offer samples, provide onsite service, sale products, any regular event type of stuff. Please do not yell at the people passing by and leave booth area clean upon leaving.
